In accordance with Section 3.3 (a) of the Town Charter, a Special Meeting of the Town Council will be held as follows:

The purpose of the meeting is to meet in Executive Session for discussion of the following tax appeal cases:

- 171-221 Park Avenue East Hartford, LLC. vs. Town of East Hartford, Docket No: HHB-CV-09-4020718-S (A10)
- 249-275 Park Avenue East Hartford, LLC vs. Town of East Hartford, Docket No: HHB-CV-09-4020651-S(RTX)
- 323-333 Park Avenue East Hartford, LLC. vs. Town of East Hartford, Docket No: HHB-CV-09-4020652-S(RTX)
Additionally, the Council will meet in Executive Session to discuss the property damage claim of Helene Marchese.
